CANCELLATION POLICY

Hey, sometimes life gives you lemons, and we totally get it.  We just ask that you give us enough notice if you have to cancel.

When you are booking, your time is reserved for you so we respectfully ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment. 

 

The 24 hours notice will allow us to accommodate other clients that are in need of a massage.  We welcome you to send a friend or a family member in your place.

If you would like to cancel online, simply click on Log In, and enter your email address and password to make any changes to your bookings.  If you have not signed in before, click on Log In and it will walk you through creating a profile password that can be used going forward.

If you are unable to notify us prior to 24 hours of your appointment, a fee will be charged for the full appointment amount.
